Before considering returning a deck prism — for a reason like, ordered by mistake — you will be charged the shipping to you and the return shipping cost. Due to the weight of the deck prisms and the cost of shipping, it would not be feasible to return and expect a refund. So, make sure when you order, this is what you want for a gift, decoration, award, etc.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

• Damaged or defective items must be reported for assistance within 15 days of delivery.
