Fulfillment Policy

How and when your deck prism order is shipped, and how tracking is handled.

Orders received will be shipped to the customer within 1 to 2 days from the date of ordering. We ship Monday through Saturday, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or by UPS at our discretion.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped. It's the responsibility of the person ordering to follow the tracking of their order, so the package is secured as soon as possible, before porch pirates can steal them.
