Fulfillment Policy

 

Orders received will be shipped to the customer within 1 to 2 days from the date of ordering. We ship Monday through Saturday, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or by UPS at our discretion.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped. It’s the responsibility of the person ordering to follow the tracking of their order, so the package is secured as soon as possible, before porch pirates can steal them.

Return Policy

At TreasureQuest Shoppe LLC, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Before considering to return a deck prism, for a reason like, ordered by mistake.  You will be charged the shipping to you and the return shipping cost. Due to the weight of the deckprisms and the cost of shipping, it would not be feasible to return and expect a refund. So, make sure when you order, this is what you want for a gift, decoration, award etc.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported for assistance within 15 days of delivery.
