Everything you need to know before and after you order — presented plainly, with no added promises beyond our stated policy.
Orders received are shipped to the customer within 1 to 2 days from the date of ordering. We ship Monday through Saturday, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or by UPS at our discretion.
Tracking numbers are emailed to the customer once the order is shipped. It is the responsibility of the person ordering to follow the tracking of their order, so the package is secured as soon as possible.
All deck prisms come in decorative gift packaging, ready to give for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation, or award.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or defective items must be reported for assistance within 15 days of delivery.
Before considering returning a deck prism — for example, if it was ordered by mistake — please note you will be charged the shipping to you and the return shipping cost. Due to the weight of the deck prisms and the cost of shipping, it would not be feasible to return and expect a refund. So please make sure when you order that this is what you want for a gift, decoration, award, etc.
